Tour Link 2016

We want to thank all of our Super Early Bird Registrants for their early support of this year's Tour Link Conference. Each year, we break attendance records and we are poised to do so again. To see who has already registered, check out the "Who's Attending" link.

If you haven't registered yet, what are you waiting for? Click on the Registration Link and take part in our Early Bird Registration Rate now through November 3rd…don't miss out on the savings or your chance to reserve your room at our host hotel the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. Those rooms sell out quickly and will only be on reserve through December 14th.

Be sure to check out some exciting additions to this year's Conference. After registering for the Tour Link Conference, head on over to the Event Safety Alliance website to register for a full day of entry-level safety awareness training targeted to anyone involved in the execution of live events to be held on Monday, January 11th, 2016 in conjunction with the Tour Link Conference. There is an additional fee to participate in ESA's Event Safety Access Training. Tour Link attendees receive a reduced rate. Don't miss out on this great double-bill!

We are also excited to partner with Just a Bunch of Roadies on our first community service project. We'll announce details soon but for now, you can sign up to participate when you register for Tour Link and also contribute to the cause, if so inclined. What a great way for us, who have been given so much, to give back.

In the coming weeks we will announce our Touring Hall of Fame Inductee for 2016. We will be reaching out to our nominating committee to select those companies and individuals that they feel have done exemplary work throughout this last year. Would you like to be considered for nomination? Is there someone you'd like to nominate? If so, email Conference Director, Lori DeLancey, today and let us know about the work you or your nominee has done over the last year. Please be specific! Submissions must include information specific to the nominee's work in 2015. Your valid submissions will be shared with the nominating committee and while we can't promise you the award or even a nomination, you will be helping us to shine a spotlight on your (or your nominee's) work for our nominating committee.
